Francine is a Senior Associate and Team Leader of the Air Quality and Climate team at EMM Consulting, and has over 17 years’ of experience in the industry. Her key areas of expertise are the preparation of air quality impact assessments, emission and dispersion modelling, greenhouse gas assessments and climate risk. She has worked with a wide range of public and private sector clients both in Australia and internationally. Francine is the CASANZ President and a CASANZ Certified Air Quality Professional.
