His area of expertise bridges infrastructure and cross collaborations, focusing on feedback systems, the establishment of expertise, as well as the impact of policy on specific stakeholder groups. His background in both Psychology as well as Civil and Environmental Engineering supports his ability to combine behavioural science metrics with engineering rigour and real-world application. This has predominantly included improving the ways by which stakeholders communicate and network with each other, the creation of feedback systems to provide effective engagement outcomes, as well as understanding varying perspectives relating to policy.
