Biography
Dr Hiep Duc Nguyen obtained Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Western Australia in 1978 and Ph.D in Bio-Medical Engineering from the University of Sydney in 1987. He is currently work with the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water as a senior atmospheric scientist.
