Ronan Kellaghan leads the Net Zero Emissions Modelling team at the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water and is responsible for delivering NSW state-wide greenhouse gas emissions projections. Ronan has over 20 years experience in air quality and greenhouse gas management and assessment, working across Government and consulting. He has experience in emission inventory development and modelling.
