Biography
Heath has worked at SA Water for over 15 years, building significant experience in both water and wastewater processes and operations. He has spent over a decade working in the wastewater operations technical space, covering all aspects from corrosion, infiltration, trade waste discharges, customer management, as well as notable operational and capital odour project involvement.
He has been fortunate to spend time working on all the wastewater systems SA Water manages across the state, from Mt Gambier to Port Lincoln and everything in between, growing sound knowledge on the variety of wastewater systems and operational aspects attributed to them.

Biography
Paul has twenty-eight years’ experience in a range of key global managerial, client, commercial, technical, program management and procurement roles within the municipal water and mining construction industry here in Australia and in the UK and Europe.
Over the last decade, Paul has built a strong track record in developing technical odour control and foul air solutions, as well as mentoring and coaching team members, providing the leadership, direction and goals in pursuit definition, business plan formation, proposal and project delivery, programming and controls reporting and can lead multiple multi-disciplinary design and project teams simultaneously.
With a personable and organized approach and unique education background, Paul has combined both engineering and information management to the successful outcomes of many major engineering and construction projects. His project experience extends across the project life cycle from concept to tender, design, construction, commissioning, operations management and more recently in program management establishment for water and wastewater frameworks.
