Biography
Samuel is a Research Engineer at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Environmental Research Institute (NERI), specialising in air quality and dispersion modelling with CALPUFF and AERMOD. A Certified Air Quality Professional (CAQP) with the Clean Air Society of Australia and New Zealand (CASANZ), he brings over a decade of private-sector experience in air quality assessment and dispersion modelling. Samuel also holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), where his research analysed aerosol particle number measurements collected across the Southern Ocean and Antarctica.
