Registration Terms and Conditions

All registration fees are quoted in and will be charged in Australian dollars. Registration fees are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

The following terms will apply to both 2026 CASANZ Conferences:

  • All invoices must be paid within 14 days.
  • Unpaid early bird registrations will revert to the full registration fee after the early bird sale period.
  • Conference registrations will be confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Sharing of registrations is not permitted, a separate registration is required for each individual.
  • Transfers are permitted with a minimum of fourteen (14) business days' notice before the event. Any difference in fees must be paid if the substitute registrant is not eligible for the same registration rate. No refunds will be provided for transfers to a lower registration category.
  • In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into effect in 2018, CASANZ and its third-party providers may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of planning and conducting the event, as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
  • CASANZ reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel any element of the event program without prior notice.
  • By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Your image may be used, in full or in part, for any CASANZ-related promotional or educational purposes.
  • Cancellations will be subject to the following refund terms:
    • More than 60 days before the event: A full refund minus a $150 administration fee.
    • Between 60 and 30 days before the event: A 50% refund of the registration fee minus a $150 administration fee.
    • Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be issued; however, the registration package and event proceedings will be sent.
    • Non-attendance: No refund will be provided for registrants who fail to attend without prior cancellation.
