The Clean Air Society of Australia and New Zealand (CASANZ) is pleased to present the 2025 Clean Indoor Air for ALL Conference, taking place at Amora Hotel Riverwalk Melbourne from 13–15 October 2025.

Indoor air quality (IAQ) is a fundamental determinant of human health, safety, and well-being, yet the challenges we face today are more complex than ever. From the impacts of climate change and extreme weather events to the lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic, the urgency to advance IAQ research, policy, and practice has never been greater.

CASANZ first dedicated a conference to this critical issue in 1994, in collaboration with the International Society of Indoor Air Quality and Climate (ISIAQ). Chaired by Distinguished Professor Lidia Morawska, that inaugural event established a key consensus: comprehensive solutions can only be achieved through integrated approaches at all levels of research, investigation, and practice.

In 2025, we return to this mission—bringing together global experts to examine the state of IAQ, drive evidence-based decision-making, and shape the future of indoor air management.

Why Attend?

This conference will convene leading voices from public health, occupational health, environmental science, engineering, and policy to explore the evolving IAQ landscape across all building types. A dedicated State of Indoor Air Quality Forum, led by Distinguished Professor Lidia Morawska, will set the agenda for an in-depth, solutions-driven discussion throughout the event.

A central focus of the 2025 conference will be bridging the gap between public health and occupational health, ensuring IAQ management strategies protect both the general population and workplace environments. By fostering collaboration across disciplines, we aim to drive the future of indoor air quality management, shaping policies and practices that safeguard human health in an increasingly complex world.

Be Part of the Future of Indoor Air Quality

The 1994 conference underscored the necessity of multidisciplinary collaboration, and today, that need is more pressing than ever. As air quality professionals, it is our responsibility to share knowledge, bridge sectors, and drive innovation. Whether attending in-person from the Australasian region or joining remotely, this conference offers an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to a healthier indoor environment for all.
