During the conference

PARKING

Undercover parking is available at Amora Riverwalk for $20 per night. Car parking can be pre booked or available on arrival.

Please click here to pre-pay for parking. Please note that this is a booking only, and no specific car spaces are reserved.

DIETARIES

If you have advised CASANZ of any special dietary requirements, the caterers at each function have been provided these. A special buffet table will be set during the day for special diets. If you are unsure, please see the staff at the Registration Desk.

WIFI

Free wireless internet access is available for the duration of the Conference. The password and login details will be available at the Registration Desk. PLEASE NOTE: The internet is not to be used to view or download any illicit material, including movies, music etc.

REGISTRATION DESK OPEN TIMES

The registration desk will be open during the following times.
Monday 13 October - 8:00am-3:30pm
Tuesday 14 October - 8:00am-5:00pm
Wednesday 15 October - 8:30am-3:30pm

DRESS CODE

The dress code is smart casual.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

A certificate of attendance will be issued post-conference via email.

I AM A SPEAKER OR CHAIRPERSON, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Present yourself to the Registration Desk at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled presentation time. Speakers can upload or update their presentations. Chairperson will receive guidelines for their session.

I AM A POSTER PRESENTER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Bring your prepared poster with you and be available during the poster session to discuss your poster with delegates. Full Poster presentation guidelines can be found here.

CAN REGISTRATIONS BE SHARED?

Registrations cannot be shared. If a delegate is unable to attend, they may send a substitute in their place. Substitutions can be made by notification via email to the conference organisers at: conference@casanz.org.au

HOW TO CANCEL/AMEND MY REGISTRATION

Cancellations and changes to your registration must be received in writing to CASANZ. Refunds will adhere to the cancellation terms listed within the conference terms and conditions.

CAN I REGISTER NOW AND PAY ONSITE OR AFTER THE CONFERENCE?

No, all payments must be received prior to the conference commencing.

Does not accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by participant in the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters.
Opinions expressed by presenters are personal and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Organising Committee, The Clean Air Society of Australia and New Zealand (CASANZ)

Privacy

CASANZ will gather and record information necessary for your attendance at the conference. Personal information will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.

Any of the trademarks, service marks, collective marks, design rights or similar rights that are mentioned, used or cited in the documents, papers and articles remain the property of their respective owners. Their use in these documents does not imply that you may use them for any other purpose.

Unless as otherwise stated, CASANZ is not affiliated or endorsed by any of the holders of any such rights.
